Can I REALLY cut my Energy Bill by 90%?
My neighbor bought an online course on how to build your own wind power system. I am a little curious and I had some spare time so I got involved helping him set it up.
I learned that yes you can build your own energy system. With these systems I was able to get off the grid completely. You can to with a little elbow grease and a few trips to your locale hardware store you can start reducing the grip the electric company has on your wallet.
We had limited success with the first system he bought but it did work. So I decided to start checking into these systems and ended up buying 9 different systems. And of the 9 I tried these two stood out.
I built a wind generator for under $200 which reduced my electric by 25% so i went on and read more. Determined to get off the grid completely as I continued and learned how to install my own solar panels and my electric bill kept going down.
Now a couple more wind generators and solar panels later I am off the grid. And I still have all the normal conveniences that I was use to. The wind generators require hardly any maintenance at all the solar panels only need washed once in a while to keep them efficient.
I was shocked how easy this was and wonder why more people don't do this. I am helping the environment and myself, this is great. You could hire a contractor to do this for you I checked into that to and the system I would have needed was going to cost me $30,000. But that didn't make since I would have spent a lifetime waiting for this to pay off.
I am no engineer, so I am recommending the two systems below for there ease of use and easy to understand instructions. A lot of the manuals sold online are poorly thrown together i would like to spare you the trouble of ordering one the those poorly written manuals. That is why I am recommending only two.
These two stood out among all the rest.
With complete confidence I can say that these Three guides are the best available as of April of 2010
Earth 4 Energy
Rating 9.9/10
| " Earth4Energy" This is the best guide out there. Of the 9 I tried this one stood out very detailed and step by step instructions. This manual has has 200+ pages with lots of helpful pictures. This makes it easier to understand. Very good and easy to follow illustrations, diagrams and photos. I was amazed how we assembled a completely functioning wind generator in just a weekend. All the parts were picked up at our local hardware store the total was $192. Not bad for a guy that has trouble assembling my kids presents. But the instructions in the Earth4Energy guide was so easy and simple to follow. Right now the guide is on sale for $49 i am not sure how long this sale will last so hop over to there site and see if this sale is still going on. This guide comes with a 60 day money back guarantee if your not happy. Plus most states now allow you to write off energy saving upgrades.

Home Made Energy

"HomeMade Energy" is a good guide, but it didn't go into as much depth as our first choice. Don't misunderstand me i liked this guide I would have liked it better if it had went into more detail. And it did stand out above the others. There just wasn't as many illustrations and diagrams as our first pick. This manual is only 59 pages and left out important steps in building the wind generator. You can get this guide for $47 it to comes with a money back guarantee. Update: I just learned they just updated "Homemade Energy" to include a new video series done by an electrician going over how to install a system. As of yet I haven't seen these videos, I will see them soon. This could make them my #1 choice. |
CONCLUSION: Like I have said I didn't just buy one guide I bought 9 of them. I did go a little overboard
but I had fun. (it kept me out of trouble for a little while) Of the 9 i tried and reviewed, only these 2 were good the others were junk.
